The Ordering Process (Custom Made)
The ordering process is simple. Let’s get started and make some custom socks.
BROWSE
Browse and select a product from our site. If no products match your requirements, you may contact us and talk to our team.
DESIGN
Prepare and send us your design and description for your product. We have some templates ready for you to use.
MOCK-UP
You will receive a digital mock-up of your design from us by email within 2 business days. Request changes or approve.
QUOTATION
Once you’ve confirmed with the digital mock-up, we’ll send you the quotation with the best price.
PAYMENT
Proceed to production by paying a 50% deposit and another 50% when the product is ready or request a pre-production sample (sampling fees required).
DELIVERY
Pre-production samples are delivered in 2 weeks. Orders are delivered in 5-6 weeks. Rush service available.

Lead Time
3D MOCK-UP
You send us your draft design or tell us your ideal design, our artist will takes 2 -3 days to provide a 3D mock-up of your design.
PRE-PRODCUTION SAMPLE
Normally it takes about 10 working days for delivery. Please check with us for the exact date for the delivery.
MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING
For quantities of 600 pairs to 12000 pairs, the typical delivery time is about 5 – 6 weeks. Please check with us for the exact delivery date of your order.
RUSH DELIVERY
Check with us for the rush service availability. Additional charges will be incurred. Email us or talk to us! We will try to make it happen!
